	Contract	Dear Wedding Couple: Before filling out a contract, please check with Reverend Raphael (805-534-9237 or ReverendSRaphael@aol.com) to see if she is available on your date and time. You will also want to ascertain the officiating fee which will be somewhere between $350 - $425 depending upon your wedding site's distance from Reverend Raphael's home in Los Osos. Once you and Reverend Raphael have agreed that she is to be your officiant, please print out the contract, fill it out and sign it and return it via US Mail along with the $150 deposit. The remainder of your fee is due at the rehearsal if you have not paid it previously. Upon receipt of your contract and deposit, Rev. Raphael will reserve your date in her calendar. She will also send you a wedding ceremony packet to assist in creating your own ceremony.
